As the Minister for Mines and Energy it is important for me to let you know how you can be helping the environment by saving energy.
Using energy-efficient compact flourescent globes as an alternative to ordinary light bulbs; turning off appliances at the wall when they're not being used; and allowing clothes to dry naturally on the line are all easy ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. My office has put together an information sheet with more ideas like these that can help you save energy, so please feel free to stop by and pick one up.
