Young trainees get set for work

Geoff at last month’s launch of Worklinks' "Get Set for Work" program, with trainee Morgan Isles-English and the Queensland Government's Training Ombudsman, Peter Ruhanen.

Geoff is a long-time supporter of Worklinks.  He recently attended the launch of a Get Set for Work Program at their Mitchelton offices.

Get Set for Work is a Queensland Government funded 10 week program designed to help young people 15-17 years of age who are:

  • currently unemployed and keen to obtain employment
  • currently disengaged from school
  • not in possession of a voactional education qualification (AQF Level 2 or higher)
